Event Page: 30th Anniversary Celebration (June 12 – 14)

Even if you can’t join us for the weekend, please submit your form with your favorite Chorale memory and your updated contact information.
As part of your registration you will receive name tags for you and your guests, your music for the Sunday concert, a performance folder, and a program booklet for the weekend. Please bring a pencil and water bottle.
Registration and dinner fees can be paid by check, made payable to The Cardinal Chorale and included with your registration form, or by card. If by card, an invoice will be emailed to you.
