Both the choir and the ensembles are ready for the concert on Sunday! There is music ringing all around these Hallowed Hills.
Today was the final day for our workshops and electives. Anne Leppla, a retired science teacher from Coshocton High School, declared her College 101 students “graduates.”
Matt McTeague, who will begin for his master’s degree in choral conducting at Ohio University in the fall, concluded the Conducting I class by immersing students in the music which they have been learning. Song after song, they conducted the very pieces that they will be singing in concert tomorrow!
Disc golf and Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, Steve Snyder, a music teacher at Goshen High School, brought his talents to his Recruiting elective. After learning how to encourage and recruit others, we played a short game of Ultimate Frisbee and several holes of disc golf!
And, as always we were treated to another fantastic meal by the kitchen staff!
After our lovely lunch- the preview concert! More to come on that concert soon!
