Members of the 22nd Edition of the Cardinal Chorale will meet in Coshocton on Friday, June 16 to rehearse and prepare for their six-day concert tour of Ohio. The following morning, they will begin a 500-mile circuit to share their music in evening concerts in Zanesville, Lewis Center, Westerville, Marion, Bolivar, Pickerington, and Coshocton. The Chorale will present 60 choral favorites from their 2015 and 2016 repertoire over the course of the eleven-performance tour.
A special highlight of the tour will be singing for the opening performance of the Ohio Choral Directors Association’s Summer Conference, attended by more than 130 high school and university choral directors from all parts of Ohio. In addition to formal concert performances, the Chorale will continue its special ministry of visiting retirement villages and care centers, performing this year in Coshocton, Granville, and Columbus.

While there is no admission fee for the Chorale’s public performances, offerings and donations are gratefully accepted to defray touring expenses and to support the Chorale’s mission — “Touching hearts and changing lives, one song at a time.”
